The foundation stone of the new production hall of InterTanker Holding Zrt. has been laid. With the new factory the production complex will be expanded by five thousand square meters.

Dryvit Profi Kft. was chosen by the ITK Zrt. for the construction works. Our company was able to take up the job with a very short deadline of only 7 months, setting another exciting challenge to ourself.

At the ceremony, György Kossa, President and CEO of ITK Holding Zrt., said that this investment will strengthen the work with their strategic partners: EvoBus and Mercedes-Benz. Also a big step in becoming a major mobility company in Central and Eastern Europe.

Dr. László Papp, the major of Debrecen emphasized that the city aims to become the center of bus manufacturing. It is an honor to our engineers to be the part of this ambitious aim with their work.

The prototype of the Mercedes-Benz school bus was also presented at the ceremony. This vehicle’s car-body was designed by Hungarian engineers and will be produced in the new factory.
