M4 highway engineering station: it gave us a huge momentum

We passed the new highway engineering facility next to the M4 motorway, which includes 7 buildings: office building, complex police building, cold store, modular storage, workshop garage, gas station, salt storage.

Our colleagues told us about their own experiences regarding the assignment:

Zoltán Kiss, Project Leader:

„This project was a challenge for me because of the relatively long period of time between the start of the agreements and the beginning of the actual works, so we had to put an extra effort to find the partners and subcontractors who could provide the quality represented by Dryvit Profi, but I think that this was finally done well in all areas.

I’m proud of my colleagues who worked on this project, thanks to our joint work we managed to handle everything quickly and with high competence. I will be happy to show my children that Dad worked on this.”

Sándor Urbán, Construction Manager:

„For me, this construction was challenging, because from the beginning (last August) to the present finishing works I was able to take part of it, which was a comprehensive and complex task.

From the baseline to the final cleaning, I could actively participate in the development of the facility.

The most challenging part was the office building, but the workshop building was also an exciting task, as many monolithic reinforced concrete structures were built in, and it required a lot of attention from the point of formwork, ironing and concrete.

I find it fortunate and exceptionally good that our own staff could play a significant role in the construction, so we could actually deliver the quality that Dryvit is representing and our subcontractors worked in good quality and time, too.”

„I have never participated in such a large-scale construction site like this before. So many areas had to work together at such a large number of buildings and contruction field.
