The progress of the Agora Office buidling is fast
The second phase of the Agora Office building will be completed three month earlier, by the end of September. The construction of the side wing reached the top floor, and the masonry work has started on the bottom floors. The building will be structually completed by February, and fully completed by fall.
We have delivered the first phase in the summer, which expectedly will be leased 100% by January. There is a lot of interest for the remaining space in the second phase too, correlations are ongoing with several companies.
A company required to rent the whole building, but we also received separate requests for each level.
DVSC Kézilabda Kft. moved into the first wing of the office building in the summer, we asked Zsolt Ábrók, managing director, about his experiences.
„We are a 100% satisfied with the Agora Office, we started making ourselfs at home, just a few little things are missing.
We didn’t originally plan to place our headquarters in the city center, we would have liked to be closer tot he Hódos Sport Center, but then they introduced us the Agora Office and we immediately liked it.
It is located in the city center, so it’s very convenient, and the options were also very flexible in the interior design. In addition, operating costs are incredibly low and very good value for money.
The Agora Office will be a green oasis in the heart of downtown Debrecen, with its environmentally friendly, energy efficient architectural design, electric car charging stations, bike changing rooms and showers, a snack bar and rooftop terraces.
