Dryvit Profi Kft brings the latest European Office trends to Debrecen: D-Loft Office

Huge, industrial, but modern type of office building trends are already growing and expanding in Europe on the real estate market.
This type of structure can create a very unique company culture, work style and thus a workplace community that is different from the usual conventions in the country.
Our company saw this opportunity in the old factory of the Hungarian Rolling Bearing Works at Kassai Road, Debrecen. We have purchased the building, which was built in 1952 and started our own investment project. This is where we create our new office building, called D-Loft Office, combining the patina of the old factory with the modern world of multinational companies.

The first phase of the project will begin in spring 2020 and will be completed by Q1 in 2021. This will include the construction of 10,000 m2 of office space, an event center, a restaurant and a data center with a high technology background. Thanks to the data center, we can guarantee outstanding data speed and high network security with 10 Gbit of bandwidth.
In the long term, we would like to create a unique campus in Debrecen, which will include all services needed: from restaurants, through car park to gyms. The complex will be even more extraordinary due to the green spaces, interiors, Japanese gardens, parks and fountains, in this otherwise industrial looking environment.
Our goal is to serve the needs of smaller companies and freelancers in addition to large multinational companies. Thanks to the grandiose internal place in the building the number of design solution possibilities are endless, only our imagination limits us.
