The investment of Szerencsi Bonbon Kft. has been handed over, the project included the construction of a new 2,600 square metre factory hall, as well as the consolidation and development of the company’s premises in Szerencs.

István Takács, owner of the company, thanked Dryvit Profi for its “excellent and competent work”.

“Dryvit Profi is a reliable, honest and fair company,” said István Takács, owner of Szerencsi Bonbon Kft., after the work was completed. According to the head of the Hungarian chocolate factory, the construction company “keeps its word, which is a rarity in today’s world, and its commitments are fully met. I have been in contact with excellent young professionals on a daily basis and I have experienced their competence and I am satisfied with the rest,” added István Takács.

With the expansion, the logistics centre has grown to 3,800 m2, where, thanks to careful planning, they will be able to carry out production, warehousing, quality control and logistics processes in one place, cost- and time-efficiently.

A special feature of the site is that it is a World Heritage Site, which was a key consideration during the planning and licensing process.

The hall has been built by using Astron Buildings prefabricated steel structures, which guaranteed that the construction can be completed within the client’s timeframe.

The construction started in August 2021 and the building was handed over in March 2022, according to the contract, so that the production of the traditional Hungarian chocolate, which is already well known in Sereniss, could start.
