D-Loft Office Building – an inspiring environment for both small and large businesses
In June, the development of Dryvit Profi Kft’s new, large-scale investment, the D-Loft Office Building, begins, which comes to life in the old factory building of the Hungarian Rolling Bearing Works, with a leasable area of more than 40,000 m2.
Our idea is to keep the industrial atmosphere of the building with the aid of the huge undivided spaces, large windows, visible mechanical elements and concrete surfaces, while at the same time to meet the needs of the 21st century with a modern interior renovated with quality materials.
Free use of the space gives us the opportunity to design the most suitable office space inside the building, suitable for local businesses of up to a few people or for large, multinational companies. Our goal is to create an office building where companies can work in an inspiring and professionally diverse environment, providing them with a channel to collaborate and achieve further goals.
Several large multinational companies have already indicated their interest and request for space in the D-Loft Office Building, and we would like to invite small businesses and sole proprietors from Debrecen to join them. We create an environment where, for example, accounting firms, IT firms, freelance developers, programmers, designers, start-ups, but even law firms or consulting firms, similar to the Silicon Valley effect, can interact beyond their own activities through the uninterrupted flow of information. They can do all this alongside the large companies potentially with Western European connections.
Construction work on the first phase begins in June and will be completed in the second quarter of 2021. This will include more than 10,000 m2 of office space, an event center, a restaurant, a gym, and a high-tech data center.
