From the summer of 2018, we have watched AGORA Office, a premium class office building grow in the center of Debrecen.

The five-stroy building (basement, ground floor, 3 more floors) can be used by the renters at the end of this fall.

The office building awaits tenants with bright and spacious spaces, energy efficient and modern architectural solutions.

Thank to the flexible interior space, companies can optimize the area to their individual needs, so it can be formed to either fully open or multiple smaller offices.

It is located in the city center, easy to reach with local and long distance public transport too, and all the services you may need during the day are within 300 meters.

Towards the end of Phase 1, soon we will strart Phase 2 of the office building, adding a total of 12,000 m2 to the office complex.
